I was unable to see my own site. :p

I have a dialog going on with support at www.vertexhost.com to fix the issue. Seems to be in their data center. I'm throwing in a UBB test board in my ssharold.com domain this morning, if my ISP doesn't keep crapping out on me, due to what I think is caused by the filesharing scum saturating the upload stream here.

This year I've been busy!

Last Tuesday I had a shoot-out with rival gang lords on the 5 near LA (-76 points). Last Thursday I gave roikins a Dutch Oven (-10 points). In August fattymatty and I robbed a bank (-50 points). Last Monday I set gosc's puppy on fire (-66 points). Last Wednesday I gave rambeaux a kidney (1000 points).

I just got home and filled out a trouble ticket with Nikos as Josh is on vacation. No software changes or anything going on like that. The first mysql error listed is the one that initially causes the problem with the whole board. After the board goes back up I'll give everyone the contacts needed to report the site being down the next time.

Now to go back and wade through some stale email. :)

I just got my domain, and our board, a new webhost tonight. Very soon we will be back up with an experienced hosting team. I should have an IP address to go to shortly before the nameservers update to the new host worldwide.

I just got everything hooked back up and find that the site used up all 5 gigs of bandwidth for the month. Hopefully someone on the webhosts team can take care of us soon. I guess I waited too long to bump up the hosting package.

I'm off to play with the new router and get it tweaked out right. Then might fool with the test box that I finally got hooked up to the LAN here.

Sorry about the inconvienence. I guess I'll have to get a life until we get the site back online.
